He brings that public-sector experience to every Dovetail engagement, from city hall to the small businesses that keep a community running.

Devin builds AI tools that people keep using after launch. He leads AI integration and enablement at a major Canadian telecom, where his work has saved 1,300+ hours a year and turned weeks-long manual processes into same-day work. Before that he was a product manager and a sales engineer. At Dovetail he leads the build and the training.
